Follow up on Service Request #: 38-3242602031The customer is receiving the following error message when running the 'Analytics Connection' Business Service:

Attached are the license keys for the customer. Can you verify if the customer has license to use this functionality? If not, what license keys they need to get this working?
The customer is trying to use the Business Service in Scripting to embed Analytics into Siebel CRM application.

For the benefit of other readers:The customer was trying to use the Business Service in Scripting to embed Analytics into the Siebel CRM application. The customer received the following error message when running the 'Analytics Connection' Business Service in their 7.8.2.4 environment:
SBL-EXL-00151: An exception occurred in the ERROR: License Key not found for Business Service 'Analytics Connection', Class 'CSSSAConnectService'(SBL-EAI-04015)STACK: Error: SiebelError: License Key not found for Business Service 'Analytics Connection', Class 'CSSSAConnectService'(SBL-EAI-04015)
In order for the customer to utilise this business service the customer used the ‘All inclusive’ Siebel license keys from the Oracle License Codes site as a workaround.
The root cause was established as a missing option within their license keys, the product option Intelligent Interaction Manager enables the ‘Analytics Connection’ business service, and in order for this functionality to be accessible by customers they need to have purchased the ‘Intelligent Interaction Manager’ option.
If you would like access to this business service the mentioned product option will need to be purchased. If you would like to do this please contact your Client Manager for further information.
